Born in Sierra Leone, Alie arrived in the UK with resilience as his compass. Starting his business at 14 and working as a SEN teaching assistant, his lived experience fuels Elixir Punch’s mission: to create products that nourish, uplift, and inspire.
Inspired by the journey of brands like Innocent Drinks, his ultimate goal is to scale his business nationally while continuing to advocate for inclusivity, creativity, and purpose-driven work.In 2025, Alie won the Greenwich Entrepreneur of the Year award, beating out hundreds of applicants in the University of Greenwich’s Enterprise Challenge.
